Bukit Kiara Gourmet is a food & beverage service provider that manages multiple FB oultets, banquet & catering facilities in a country club in Bukit Kiara with an annual turnover of over RM5 million. We are seeking energetic, qualified and experience professionals to fill the following positions;

1. Ex Chef - min 2 years in same capacity managing more than 40 staff
2. Ex Sous Chef - min 2 years in same capacity managing more than 40 staff
3. FB Operations Manager - min 2 years in same capacity managing more than 40 staff
4. Sous Chef - min 1 year in same capacity
   
5. Chief Steward- min 1 year in same capacity managing more than 15 staff
6. Banquet Manager - min 1 year in same capacity
   
7. Restaurant Manager - min 1 year in same capacity

1. Chef de Partie
2. Commi I, II, III
3. Deputy Chief Steward
4. Stewards
5. FB Supervisors
6. FB servers
7. FB Trainees
   

Basic Requirements for all positions; You must be able to work legally in Malaysia. Experience may be an advantage but not a must.
For position that requires no prior experience; if you are a recent FB graduate and are looking for structured career in the FB industry, this may be what you are looking for.
